Another entry in the local art show. Update- this painting won First Place in it's category today.
I couldn't decide whether to start with the foreground or the background with this painting. My painting process was as random as the layout of the forks. It was a challenging piece!

 I also made some changes to "Underwater" for an entry. There was a strip of hair laid on her hand and it always bothered me.

For the past few weeks I've been painting entries for a local art competition. The deadline is tomorrow morning. This is one of the paintings of a local landmark. It stands at the side of the library in Hopedale, MA. If it doesn't sell I'll update this page to make it available.
