Hi. I have a big old carpenters tool box. It was a paperhangers box. I painted it lavender over a coat of light blue and rubbed it back a little. I use it for all my oils and sauces, vinegars and garlic bulbs on my kitchen counter. This picture reminds me of it.

ReplyDeleteI love your work and based my exam piece on your style, results day came and I got an A o I am very happy and very grateful that your work is online for everyone to see. The colours in this painting are beautifully pronounced, with the pear in the corner surrounded by shadows it seem isolated as well as lonely. Another fantastic piece.
